Kent's Speedster
I posted this about an odd overhead a while back.
https://www.mtfca.com/phpBB3/viewtopic. ... ad#p287659
I thought I would post pictures of the whole car as I am passing on the opportunity to buy it. It is an interesting T. It was called a '12 but I don't see much evidence of early parts. I haven't seen it in person. These are his photos.

Re: Kent's Speedster
He says he also has the carbide generator, oval gas tank and trunk, along with a monocle windshield frame also.

Re: Kent's Speedster
I don't see where the water comes out unless there is a connection in the middle of the head.
Thanks,
Rich
I don't think this is a '10 block as it has a generator casting on it.
If nothing else, this should be an interesting car to talk about. Many unusual details. We are also wondering what it might be worth. I shared the photos with another member. If he is not interested, I will post this on the for-sale side with Kent's contact information. Thanks,
Rich

Re: Kent's Speedster
Peculiar placement for the Stewart vacuum tank ! Steering column is early & dash switch plate is off a '19.

Re: Kent's Speedster
Thatr looks like a good head design, and I like the idea of a longer front spring.

Re: Kent's Speedster
I wish I could be seriously interested in that. I don't know what year it should be called, however, there is sure a lot of interesting stuff there!
The vacuum tank location seems odd. However, I ran a vacuum tank on one of my speedsters (loved it!), and there just isn't hardly any room to fit one on the front side of the firewall!

Re: Kent's Speedster
That is really neat!
That's where the earlier pics came from...
A guy never forgets a redhead...
Neat placement of the vac tank. Put a hood on and any mechanic will marvel at what's going on underneath. Especially one that doesn't know what it is.
Thank you for the pics Rich!

Re: Kent's Speedster
Looks like the steering column could be 1912. There is plenty of room for a vacuum tank under the hood. Just get rid of that non standard piece-of-junk head!
There is a Steweart vacuum tank on my tourer, which has the body builder installed fuel tank suspended under the spare tyre carrier at the rear.
