We normally have a tech topic at all our meetings. It doesn't have to be that elaborate, you can always learn something from even the smallest discussion.

Not Model T, but when I was active in a Mopar club we used to have a couple of different activities:
1) "Name That Part" - folks would bring in obscure parts or tools and the rest would try to identify them with as much detail as possible.
2) Auction - members would donate extra parts or tools they didn't want any more and the club would auction them off with proceeds going into the club's general fund.

Re: Model T club meeting entertainment ideas
We haven’t Done it for awhile, but we used to get old model T related movies from the library, Laurel and Hardy type movies to close our meetings with. They were short and fun to watch.

We have a show and tell or tech talk 5-10 mins or so or part tool
We also have a project update 5 min limit
But most fun is having a selected member who is adked ofcourse on a chat of related hobbies
I did one on license plates for my state
Keep topics 5-20 mins and lite hearted passing around items or show and tell works great
We also done member spot light witch a member talks for a few mins about there life and how thry gotton into the model T hobby
