Great pair of Kelsey 23” TT wheels, complete $700
Really nice complete pair of 23” TT made by Kelsey. Unrestored but would fix up nicely . I can send lots of pics, and willing to store until pickup is arranged , FedEx , or can drop off at a a local shipper for a fee. Tmorsher@icloud.com to reach me.
