I just got a complete setup in perfect condition if anyone is interested and wants the whole thing. Certainly for less than $587...

They really work well for what they were made to do. But do not expect any performance. A Great Flat Lander carburetor for what it is worth.

To see why they went to those carbs, pour a quart of kerosene in two gallons of gas, pour it in your tank and try to get your T to run right with an NH on it. The vaporizer ran well on those fuels that were about that percentage of kerosene. Still tough to start but they ran much better.

Kerosene for what it is worth, has a higher BTU to KW ratio, the super fuel. To bad it is so damn high now days.
