Not a coupe expert, thinking early 20s ?

That is proof, there is a Doctor bag there, so it must be a Dr. Coupe?

No PHD...Grandpa sold Model Ts and went to Chevy when the A came out.
Dr. Coupe is still a mystery/myth. :(
