Starter drive disassembly?

No not pressed on, it is threaded on then staked on from the inside into the two small holes.

It can be done with no special tools. I cut two round head nails just below the heads and these short bits go in the holes in the bearing. Then the bearing is held in the vice between aluminium soft jaws, the nails being there to stop it turning in the vice. A large pair of slide joint pliers engage on the gear to wind the assembly apart.
