FS 1937-39 Chevy Transmissions Rebuilt/Modified and Ready for Installation

Post by Henry K. Lee » Thu Aug 22, 2019 10:50 am

I am clearing the shelves again and have 6 of these ready to go (short and long versions). You can do away with your planetary gears in the T transmission and just use the engine brake and wet clutches. You must use aux brakes with these for safety. Comes complete with tech support, and the rear custom u-joint system.

$1,250.00 plus shipping. Email if interested.

After some interest with emails, here are some other details;

Depending on the modifications/configuration we did the required lengths are, 12 1/4”, 14 1/8”, 14 3/8” to be removed from the driveshaft and re-arching of the radius rods.

You must use a Fun-Project locking pinion spool as the half Chevy u-joint must be bolted to the back of the transmission first leaving the square end to float.

You can hook up some sort of modern mechanical drive speedometer to the rear output connection with ease.

Hope this clarifies,

Hank
