let the poor guy just sell his car I sure hope he’s able to sell it. Looks like a great car. Everyone, including him needs to understand what the price should be. If he says it’s yours for $18,000 and a month later you get a bill from the Feds saying you owe $4500 I’m sure you’ll just be thrilled t...

I can tell some of you don’t want to hear how the tariffs are implemented, and that’s exactly what was asked. Find an attorney that’s very familiar with international trade and understands the wording and implementation of this tariff. That’s what I did……. I learned a few things spending 35 years in...

Re: 1915 Ford Model T Touring -Canadian model for sale

Not necessarily all , or any $$ amount, of the car’s current value will be taxed importing items. It says that the body was restored by “The Craftsman”, in California, and I bet that many of the other parts used in restoration came from USA suppliers. If there are records of the car being once owne...

Re: WANTED - Quality Craftsmen to Build An Early T

Peter, I had a guy do a car for me once and he did a wonderful job of painting it. When I got it home I noticed a misalignment with a gap changing in width about 1/8th inch from front to rear, about a 4 ft distance. I wasn’t going to have that. So I began adjusting and aligning. When done I had perf...

Brent, I know what you mean when you start putting overhead on top of just the wages. On my employees we got in a bind on health insurance. I wasn’t going to let them go without and it got as high as $1000/month to provide them a single employee health insurance plan. So it was costing me about $12/...

Tommy,
Which one are you looking for?
Corcoran, Victor, E&J, JNO Brown
I would consider any if the condition is right. If asked for preference I'd probably say E&J.

Good question JiminBartow. Cost to do this is open for discussion with those who have interest in doing it. Some folks think they're worth and want $100 or more per hour. Others think $40. So part of it will depend on how familiar the person is with a project such as this, the prior work they've do...

***SOLD***FOR SALE - 1911 / 1912 Engine

If you've got an early T here's an engine for you. According to the T SN listing, this engine was in a car sold in Dec. 1911. There isn't a casting date on the engine (that I've found). The SN on it is 88211, So this was probably in a 1912 Model year car. However, it could have been in an 11 sold l...

SOLD - Out of room and time to move a few old cars. I've got a 15-16 Model T Touring.
