Hello & Thanks Alan,there seemed to be a lot of wear in the clamp side of the casting where the tube buts up against it & i wanted to make sure the tube was the right length. I borrowed a shaft from Andrew Web & i wanted to be sure of the sizes before i cut anything as i only have one of each cheers...

Hello fellow Ter's My watts clutch is working as it should with 4,000 + miles on it & climbing. Not sure about what material used but RV said to use the stronger spring which i did & touch wood will keep going strong cheers Warwick.
