Maybe using the foot for a couple priming turns. Save the arm and shoulder for the 1/4 pull to fire up.

Easy to check fuel system. Proper flow to carb. Open carb and make sure there is no dirt or anything in float valve. Have a look at the plugs for soot. If it has been running fine, I would suspect a fuel problem. After that if the problem is stiil there then you can check electical system and keep c...

Nothing noted about the Larkvonets barn being hit be the tornado ??? Word has it that it filled the vertical spagetti grove to the top with 3rd cutting of hay. Chugwater residents still talk about eating spagetti salad for months! Strawberry Mars is still a popular beverage using Happy Sally today!

Rich, I have heard mixed reviews of Dances with moles ? Some say its the blind directing the blind while others say its mounds of trouble. I guess we can follow the the trail to the moss grubs, what ever that meens?

Rich, you have my way of thinking. I have always put the tallest tire and narrow as I could get on me trucks and can count on one hand the times I have had assistance getting out in 30 years. Jobsite mud or , fire scenes or snow storms they get me through. My tires have tread, those are bolona skins.

We have one about 20 miles from me. 20's to early 60's iron. Owner will not let you look, wont sell and wont even talk to you. All you can do is drive by when the leaves are gone and drool. Must be 80 acres of cars and trucks.

Rope is good for yards and fields but a few minutes on pavement and you have alot of little pieces of rope. Shoot I never thought about thread! Much cheaper by the foot. How many feet are in 4500 spools?

Welcome to the forum! Does the fuel cap have a hole to let air into tank. Sounds like vapor lock. 1st thing that came to mind. Simple to check also. Hope others will offer help also.

Santa brought me my FP coil box kit today. The plastic bits are black in color. As for old coil box parts, the only thing I pitch is the wood if it is too far gone for a pattern. My contacts are in great shape as is the wood. I want to make sure I have no carbon tracking or " loose juice" in the box.

Rich, I thought low band took a dump. The engine rev but no go in low. Turns out the rear wheel was spinning! Not a problem often encountered with 20hp. My 275 lb son hopped in the back and we were off again! :idea:

Have you checked the switch? Had that trouble with my TT. Bad contact in the switch was the problem. Just a thought.

Rustphillia can be a genetic thing or inherited. Sometimes it is passed on through contact with others that happily have the affliction. I have found it most enjoyable and being around others that have it is the best treatment to keep it in check.

Burger, thats junkitis for sure! Ive got it, had it for years with no ill health effects. It does however bother the misses because she knows there is no cure. Junkitis and Rustphilia go hand in hand.

My wood cab TT with 32x4 1/2 tires out back, 9 ft wood bed and wood cab tops out about 40mph. Very stock rebuilt engine 5:1 gears in the rear and Chicago 3 speed. 20-25 is where I run it cause it " feels right". Pretty heavy rig with all new wood and large bed. Dont use overdrive much as she whines ...

I grew up in the loud stereo days Jeff. Problem was my 53 chev was 6 volt. I installed a AM-FM cassete player. I could listen to the radio on FM but tape deck didnt work so good. :ugeek:

Scott I totally agree about MMO :o . After my valve job this spring, It suffered sticking valves. The stuff does work. After the treatment it has ran great all summer.
