As you cant see in the photo, the 360 degree swivel seat was for the guy with two left feet.
Elwood was not looking to break any records, he was just facing the wrong way at the starting line. The rims wood not be metal as spoke of in the next race.

You have more patience than I. Plastic, rubber and aluminum. Seems every plastic clip I touch breaks and parts froze together with rust or corrosion. If you cant turn a 100 rear old nut that is 50% rusted away, I dont want to do it. :D

That photo may be mislabeled? The Motor Washer Co. Is in the background. The trial washing system may have been in play at that time. Its definatly deep enough to wash the motor.
Later they bottled motor wash from pure mountian streams. Sure beat using rootbeer but not as tasty! Sorry if Im all wet.

I installed the 1/2" copper line on my engine. The fitting was in the pan and hogs head when I got it but no line. The elbo in the hogs head would not clear when trying to thread it in. Thanks guys. I was hoping for a mount on the spare tire carrier. This car has fiberglass fenders and am unsure if they would cack with the original fender mount. Its a nice looking car but not all original fasteners and such. A very good driver.

Huh! I thought I was the only one willing to do something like that. My son has it figured out. He found this and brought it to dad to fix. My one grand daughter is 7 and in basket ball. Now that they are out of school, she needs to practice. Grampa will take care of it!

A friend had the same problem last year. I made some calls and had a rim and tire on his T for the home town parade. A friend took one off his car and loaned it to him and had never met the guy. Super people in this hobby!

Carson, you would do well to contact Hank. He is a great guy . He has helped me several times with advise and parts. Useing a rim like that will cost more in the long run, such as a cut tire and tube. Its not worth the risk to you or family getting injured .

In later years there was alot of buzz about " Sawing Timber". The spoozophone had somthing to do with it. The Crayola label signed them right away. They saw something in " Sawing Timber" that most wood knot?
