Shipping inspection tags for New model Ts

I thought someone might find these interesting. (See attached picture) A friend of mine sent me these inspection tags. They came from what was once a small dealership in Virginia. I have a few more. I have some from late 1922 through 1927. I am trying to figure out some of the notation. I believe "K...

Re: Wood Plans - Copyrighting?

Just out of curiosity, I searched for a list of copywrited material for 1970 and found one in the Internet Archive. I could not find any listing under Miller, Wood, Rewood, Model T etc. I searched in: Catalog of Copyright En-tries, Third Series. Parts 7-11A: Works of Art Jan-Dec 1970: Vol 24 No 1-2 ...

Re: Update 6/2/21 What full set of Mr & Mrs Leon Parker plans do you have?

Just a few months ago, there were people willing to share plans and it looked like a process was being put in place to share those plans with the Model T community. What happened?

Re: Update 6/2/21 What full set of Mr & Mrs Leon Parker plans do you have?

I am curious why you need permission from FMC. I am not a lawyer but I am under the impression that any documentation created prior to 1926 is in public domain, and you are not making copies of FMC drawings. You are not reproducing parts, nor or you using the Ford trademark. You are providing copies...

Re: What full set of Mr & Mrs Leon Parker plans do you have?

Maybe the club could offer them on DVD like some of the other restoration information. I have a few projects where having wood plans available would make a huge difference.

Re: What year do you call your Model T ?

50 years ago give or take a few, I started gathering parts for my first model T. When I got it together and running it had a 22 engine, 26 frame and rear end, 25 front end assembly, 23 low steel firewall, low radiator, a round gas tank, 26 wire wheels, and about a 15 coilbox with the switch on it. T...
