Hi,
I'm interested in the turn signal switch. If it is still for sale, please contact me.

Re: Open trailering poll
I've used both open and enclosed trailers for many years. I currently have both styles of trailers. I made my open trailer using an old boat trailer for the frame and installed new axle with electric brakes along with new decking and rails. The deck is about 12 feet long by 8 feet wide. It has an el...

Re: Tony Bowker
Tony was one of the first people I met when I got my touring car in the 1970's. We instantly became good friends, and have been for all these years. We've been on dozens of tours together, National, Regional and Local, for thousands of miles. Tony could never pass anybody that broke down on a tour o...

Re: Rebuilt Engine Issues
Thanks for all the suggestions. I will check out the valve movements and other intake manifold concerns today. As noted in the comments, my compression is over 90 PSI on all cylinders. So something is working right in the valve train. Also, please note that I've used two complete different ignition ...

Re: Rebuilt Engine Issues
Thanks for the ideas. I will check the intake manifold gaskets. I don't think the valves are an issue since I get all four cylinders showing the same compression, 90-92 PSI. The compression tests should resolve any issues with the rings and valves. Any other ideas? I appreciate all your advise. Than...

Rebuilt Engine Issues
I rebuilt an engine with new sleeves, pistons, rings, valves, babbitt, and other new parts. I put it on my test stand and got it running just fine. It has only run about a half hour with no issues. My last test was to short out each plug to see if the engine speed slows down. Nothing changed on plug...

Re: Wanted Stewart accessory wire wheel bits.
I have two complete sets of Stewart wire wheels/tires. They are very hard to find. I've been looking for extra locking hub caps for years and haven't found anything. One set of wheels has brass non original locking hub caps that I'm trying to upgrade or replace. I plan to use these wheels on two of ...

Re: 26-27 Coupe upper interior fabric?
A few years ago I purchased a 1926 Coupe from the estate of a local member. The interior material was pretty faded and dirty. I bought the entire kit from Mike and chose the white stripe material since the green and red stripes didn't have much of a contrast. My car is green so the green stripe woul...

Re: Sure Stop Disk Brakes on a 26 with Wire Wheels
My previous posting is incorrect. I installed my brakes on a car with safety hubs or floating hubs. Those hubs had the studs installed already and I only needed to slip the new brake drum over the hub studs. If you don't have those style hubs you will need to install the old studs on the brake drum ...

Re: Sure Stop Disk Brakes on a 26 with Wire Wheels
The brake kit comes with new brake drums that include the disc portion welded to them. The new brake drums also have the lugs installed. I hope this helps.
Thanks,
