My 1916 Touring came with the top in decent condition but not attached to the 2nd and 3rd bows. How should it be attached?

Is it in original configuration? Meaning no add-ons like starter, fuel pump, water pump, or distributor? If it hasn’t been modified with any of those, I’m interested. Also does it run on magneto?

Thanks both. Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. When it first failed I had no brakes... vs. normal with bad brakes.

I thought the rear differential had come apart. Started disassembly to diagnose and found the pinion key had sheared. My question to those with more experience is this: can I clean up and reuse the drive shaft and replace the pinion key only or do I need a new drive shaft. Photos attached. IMG_9265....
