Re: Jno brown sidelights and taillights

From the photos, the 75 tail light is on the left. The design is correct. How is the top. Are the markings clear? Does it have a door.

The amp meter is nice and worth $75 post paid. I will take that for the meter and plate as illustrated.

We were driving our 1931 standard roadster in the Afton MN "pickup parade" about 10 years ago. Any one could be in the parade. You just showed up and got in line. We knew someone in charge and we were always up front.

Where in Germany was your base? I served with the US Army in Ausgberg in 1952., My grandfather came from a small town near Coberg which I have visited twice.

J.R.Purdy, Cutout/whistle

J.R. Purdy Chicago Pat. Pend. cutout and whistle all-in-one. The "flapper shaft" is stuck, other wise not rusted because the housing is solid cast brass. The plated whistle is also brass. Only the flapper, shaft and control are iron. Should clean up and polish very nice. Would box up nice in the $15 ...

Re: Fed Boyce Motor Meter & wing cap

THE CAP IS BRASS. THE threads are a bit poor, worn, with the bottom thread cross somewhat, so in a worn neck, it does not want to thread in. The threads could be chased, since brass is malabile. I have one person inn line as well as the above person. will get back here later.
