I was looking for pictures only because my parts vaporizer had a very odd linkage on it that I now believe was part of someone’s stationary engine build and I was not sure if it belonged It takes a special arm that goes on you throttle rod at the steering col. Does anyone have any detailed pictures of the throttle and choke linkages on a vaporizer? I have piles of parts but not 100% sure of what I’m looking for

I apologize I tried to post the picture about seven times and gave up, I found out they’re brass era firewall brackets and I’m supposed to have the newer style, I just used what I had.my frame is a lot older than I thought it is.

I cannot get grease through the driveshaft bushing, is it a hole straight through the bushing or is it a channel that delivers it to multiple locations?

The guy I got the original car that this motor trans and rear end came out of butchered everything, a lot of real nice parts put together as sloppy as possible. The u joint was hammered on 90 degrees off center with of course no pin or grease

Hi Albert, The issue with using anything but a solid pin is the pin not staying centered if it starts to come out and its a hardened pin it will cut the drive shaft tube in two. I have seen a solid pin do this and I had to through the tube away. Are you talking about a role pin or a split pin? As I...

Roll Pin For Driveshaft?
I’m throwing together a touring car with what I have laying around, would I have any issues using a roll pin in the driveshaft for the U-Joint?
