Wow! That's an impressive turnout of early Fords. Eleven of them. This has the makings for a national magazine article. This could include each of these cars with some back round information, etc. and individual pictures. Thank you, Paul, for posting this information.

My point in my original post above is that anyone planning an event should first consider competing events to avoid conflicts. Such conflicts can ruin the lesser event, or easily make it unsuccessful. I didn’t mean to offend , just use common sense to avoid conflicts.

Hi Sheila, The formula to convert your 32 x 6 tire rims to the modern size is: 32 - (6 x 2 = 12) = 20 inch rims. and these take modern 600 x 20 or 650 x 20 tires and they can be mounted on the split rims that you have. That said, you must be very careful when mounting tires on split rims as mentione...

Re: R G Reeder Heads

I have a Reeder head on my '14 Touring and it works great. It also has great compression. I bought it in 2006, have not drilled any extra holes in it & have not had it resurfaced. This car is a hand crank only and usually starts on the 2nd or 3rd pull. When cranking it you can REALLY tell it has lot...

Re: OLD PHOTO - Snap On Sales Truck

This picture of an early Snap-on Sales Reps Model T has been around for awhile. Back in 2008 I helped identify the year of this T for Jack Michaels, then President, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Snap - on. I wrote an article about this T and finding an early '23 Roadster to be used t...

Re: Who else enjoys Christmas lights in a T?

They are called LED Micro Lights and are available from Amazon and sometimes at Walmart. They come in strings of various lengths with self contained battery packs. The shorter lengths are just right for weaving between the wheel spokes (wire or wood). The battery packs are fastened to the wheel spok...
