Looking for good condition 24" front wood wheel clincher rim

I am looking for a front wood wheel clincher rim in good condition, as in no pitting. This would be for a 30X3 clincher tire. I am just wanting the rim as I am going to get a newly respoked set of wheels and one of my fronts is pretty pitted. Please direct message or email me.

Re: Good selling price for a 1911?

Don't have it at the moment, I'm working on getting an 11 project from a seller to work on and give to a family member or if they don't want it, flip it. Trying to get a general idea if it's worth my time.

Good selling price for a 1911?

Hi all,
If I have a running, very original (original body, wheels, upholstery, top and mostly original engine) 1911 touring.
I really only got it running, got a complete lamp set and fresh paint. What would be a fair selling price?
Just want to get a feeling for some project ideas.

Re: Rear axel seal replacement

Did the 180 degree turn, no change in position. However the axel shaft easily goes to center with little fore, like simple finger force. Could the differential be the problem?

Rear axel seal replacement

I am replacing my outer and inner rear axel seals on my 1913 T. When I removed the outer original Ford bearing, the axel sprung to one side by 1/4". The bearing slide out just fine by hand. Should I be concerned the axel shaft is sitting in the housing to one side without the outer bearing? Is there...

Re: Engine splash pans causing boiling over?

I am very familiar with driving a T. I also have a family member who has driven T's for decades, so no fear of "over running" the engine. The radiator is original, no leaks and was not boiling over when I ran it stationary in the drive way as a chassis. I have a new radiator on order coming in 4 mon...

Engine splash pans causing boiling over?

I have a newly restored 1913 touring with engine splash pans installed that boils over after a drive regardless of idle time. Does anyone have any experience that points to the pans causing this?

I would like to make a rear mounted luggage rack for a wicker basket (have yet to get one) on my 1913 touring. Any advice or information would be helpful. Pictures would help as well.

Looking for brass running board step plates

I'm looking for brass step plates as no model T parts dealers have new stock. I can do with one, three is preferable. Open to the "new style" with the black or the "older style" with no paint. Please contact me if interested in selling.

On the model C speedos there is the large brass knob on the right of the housing. What does it do? I know the other knob/pusher is the trip counter reset.

1913 Engine Head

I am wetting my engine for the first time and have found my engine head water jacket has a leak. I am going to attempt repairs but am also pursuing a replacement.

Any one have a 1913 or low head engine head they are willing to sell? Preferably one casted in 1913?

Thank you!

I'm trying to identify the proper name for the square U-bracket that holds the rear spring to the rear of the frame. There are 2 per car.
