Re: Brass Carbide Generator- Some Advice Needed

Re: WTB Early Fender Eye Bolts

My late 1911 has the same eye bolts as Kim Dobbins 1910. The cross section is round like Mikes drawing unlike the later eye bolts cross section. Maybe different manufactures.

Re: Repair of brass headlights

From my experience and all those I know that have had antique brass restored the only place to go is Brittens Brass Works. The owner is Rick Britten and can be contacted at 269-979-3928. He is located in Ceresco, Michigan. You will not be disappointed! Excellent work and great guy to work with.

Re: Headlight Gas Line Routing

I have a late 1911 Touring and am looking for the brass "T", "elbow, and "inline sleeve/nipple". Does anyone out there reproduce these? I searched old forums and found that at one time Kim Dobbins and a George made them. I emailed them both and have not received any reply. Maybe to long ago. If anyo...

Re: Glass Thickness

WHY WOULD ANYONE USE TEMPERED GLASS IN A WINDSHIELD!!!!! Don’t you understand the damage and possible pain of all the glass pieces could cause you or a passenger in an accident or a stone hitting the windshield? I can’t believe anyone would use tempered glass in a windshield! USE SAFTEY GLASS ONLY!
