Am I correct that this swivel is made In October 1919 and is a 6:1 ratio? If so would it be correct to use on a 1923 coupe?

My 23 coupes gas tank is in the rear compartment exactly like Perry's 22 shown above. I believe my 23 was made early in 23 Jan Feb ish.

Unfortunately it doesn't work.... im going to take it apart and cleaneverything real good and see if it needs connections solderd

Thanks for the replys guys I really appreciate it. Do you think it's 6v DC or 6V AC like a Magneto type?
I did add a few drops of oil in the spring loaded top cap.

Anyone know about this horn. It has 3 terminals and is marked 6v.
I was going to try it out in the shop. But thought I better ask for some advice first.
