A beautiful T. I really appreciate the pictures, as I own a 1914 T Touring and am always looking for pictures of a correct car. Good luck with the sale and who ever get this car is getting a great 1914 T Touring.

Re: WTB - Gas head lamp, glass mirror insert
Hi Steve, Remeasured and it appears that your mirror should fit. Mine is 6" wide and depth is 1-11/16", attached is a poor man's drawing of the measurements of the bevel. For what it is worth my mirror is etched with the manufacturer Lancaster Glass Corporation - Ohio U.S.A. I will send a PM with my...

Straightening a started shaft?
I have been helping a older gentleman getting his T back on the road. It was put away 1 1/2+ years ago following a loud "Clunk" while backing it out of his garage, then pushed back into the garage, and due to health issues there it has sat. While we were attempting to get it going with the electric ...

Re: Removing lamp font
Thank you both for the info and pictures, very helpful. It is as I thought but did not not want to apply to much pressure out of fear of causing damage. I will try some penetrating oil in hopes it helps to loosen thing.
Like I say often, when in doubt ask the forum.
Thanks again,
Rick

Removing lamp font
Recently up graded from a 1923 Touring to a 1914 Touring. The 1914 has side lamps made by The Victor Lamp Co. I have been attempting to remove the font on the lamps to add oil, but will be damned if I can figure out how to do so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick IMG_1029.jpg IMG_1028.jpg I

Removing built-up brass polish - help
I recently acquired a 1914 touring car. This car was previously owed by a friend and member of our local club who took excellent care of it for the past 23 years but unfortunately died this past December following a bravely fought battle with cancer. As the new custodian of this T I am looking to ma...
