John these people used to be across from me at Hershey back in the White field. They made all kinds of door sills including T.

That is a 13/14. 15 had ribbed pedals.
You should show the front to see that the front ears are not broken off.

Does anyone have the center to center distance of the connecting rod bolts?

That is 09/10. The 11 carb has a much different air horn, inlet.
It is at 45 angle.
Nice looking carb.

Think the Service Manual has that information.

You also need the tool for reaming the bushing to fit the driveshaft.

What part of Tn? There are a bunch of good people with Ts in certain places in Tn. Look for a club near you.
Watch out for some of the repro parts.

Do your self a favor, buy a new tank. Used tanks are like used radiators. They are not on a car for a reason.

Cross drive replaced the timing cover and drives mag at right angle to crank.

That is not for a cross drive. That is for the one that replaced the generator.

You are talking apples and bananas. Search Floating 2pc Transmission shaft.
Also don’t confuse it with 2pc crankshaft. Which the Floating 2pc Transmission shaft helps to prevent. Dan

You should check number 1rod close also.
Blow up picture and look at rod thrust area.
One side way thicker looking than the other.

Lack of oil to front main, bearing locked up and broke crank. Did it happen going up a hill?

Number 1 do as Scott says. Best thing for a T next to a NEW radiator.
Number 2: Any trash in tank? Be sure the screen in the potato is clean and working.

Early blocks are square on the back of block. Later blocks have a sloping rear. Easier to remove HH. No sure of change date.

The 19 touring car I brought that burned down a house, new Cadillac and the motor home parked next to the house was in. Ground Level Garage.
I just was posting a warning for the new guys.
And that 19 almost killed the owner and his wife. They almost didn’t get out of the house it went up so fast.

What I am wondering, is that a basement?
Is there a water heater in that area?
Is it a GAS water heater?
How about a gas furnace?

Number one, those housings like leak on the best of days.
2. What oil are you using in the rear end? Ruckstell need lighter oil than the grease in a standard rear end. Lighter oil equals more leaks.
You are fighting an uphill battle. Best answer change to later rear end.

Look into “ burnishing bushings”. I am of the belief that Ford did some form of this to triple gear bushings.
Also look at ball sizing or burnishing. This is done with a harden ball of a special size to make the bushings a certain size.

Do yourself a favor and find Herm’s thread on rebuilding transmissions. He has a lot of good time proving ideas.
