I've got a crack on one of the pan ears on my 26 Tourer.

How do people normally fix these?

I was planning to drill out the point where the crack stops and fill in the hole with weld, and then run a weave along the crack (topside and underneath).

The other way I thought to do it is to tack the end and then open up short sections of the crack...

I’d like to clean some of the old established oil / grease droppings on my paved black top drive way. Has anyone tried enzymes like those used in drains?

How thick is the metal float for a NH center drain carburetor? .630 or .830
I also have two different sizes of float jets one has a .100 orifice and .375 outside diameter the other is .123 and .408 not sure which I should be using.

Does anyone have the measurements for each bow, I'd like to get overall width, and height from the very tip of the socket to the top of the wood bow on each row. Just ordered the L brackets and rests to have ready when the top is done. It seems something is missing and can't be found in the catalogs.
Any help is appreciated.

As you can see in the picture, everywhere I go when I park I leave a blob of grease under the car from where the driveshaft meets the transmission.

I realize that something is wrong here but I don't know what it is. Is there some kind of seal that's gone bad?

Does anyone sell or has anyone made silicone valve cover gaskets? You can get them for aircraft and they are nice when you want to be able to remove and reinstall the cover without a lot of hassle. Mine were taken off to get at the valves on a tour a couple of weeks back and I need to install new ones (oil leak.)

I purchased an Atwater Kent model LA distributor. It’s in excellent condition but

I like to use the original sound wood where possible.

This is the back of the dash. It was broken in four places with one piece of wood missing of the four. I made that piece and glued it all back together.

The two bolts are too long but they were all I could scramble together.

Looking for info on how to properly disassemle a Muncie transmission.

Is the rear seat back cushion secured to the body in any way? I noticed that it does take much force for it to tip forward. I have not seen any hooks/brackets on the wood frame to which the springs/upholstery is attached.

Decided to try my hand at gluing up, bonding, reshaping.

These were replicated by Don Booth, but when I sent them to him, the pointed corners were missing, so he replicated what he had. Upon receiving them, I promptly 'found' the missing pieces in the parts pile for the car.

So here's how it's going.

I have some Kelsey loose lugs that are unmarked and some identical Stone lugs marked 44 C. I understand that the Stone lugs are aftermarket. Does anyone know if these are correct for the Kelsey clincher rims on my '22 Centerdoor. The car is in Florida and I am heading down there next month so I am not sure if what I have will work. The stem had completely separated from the tube. I think it probably pulled loose after it developed a leak and the tube went flat....

My 26TT rear end is stamped P1001 Hall Scott. All I can find is that Ruckstell worked for Hall Scott so is this a Ruckstell rear end?
