I need to replace the tires on my 1921 Coupe as they are a bit hard and at least 32 years old. My intention with this car is that it be a reasonable runner not a show car but if I'm fixing something to upgrade it along the way.

Last night while looking for my oil leak(s), I noticed the Oil Pan Corner Supports where not installed by the previous owner who had the engine rebuilt.

How important are these support brackets, on a 26 engine?

Well, i can offically say it is easy to drill a hole in the wrong place . :(
Now I am going to spend few hours trying to figure out if i should drill another 7/8 hole, and what to do with the one that is currently there.
Would any of y'all have a suggestion?

I am seriously thinking of going to the Billings tour but I also want to go to Yellowstone. My tentative plan is to see the usual sites and maybe a few dirt roads off the main highways. Is anyone interested in going in a group of Model Ts after the main tour?

How did they keep the forward-most rod bearings from dying due to lack of lubrication while they constantly drove around with the nose in the air like that?

And, for that matter, how did they keep fuel flowing?

I found a nice aluminum skinned door with all hardware and original paint. There are no dents or tears in the aluminum It is wood framed. After checking to see if I had brass thrust washers, I rebolted axle housing and drive line. How easy should the driveline axle unit turn? It seems to be pretty stiff when I turn it with a large crescent wrench. Should it be almost a free spool?
What could the cause of the stiffness be?

oK, I have discovered water/antifreeze in the oil and oil in the radiator, this on an engine with a Rajo head installed as well as a pressurized oil system.

In getting ready for an upcoming rear axle/driveline rebuild I thought that I would take the time to fix a problem with the Stevens Drive Shaft Bushing Puller that I have. This is probably a problem that other that own this tool have as well. The pawls that actually pull the bushing do not work due to the broken/missing torsion spring....

Finally took the plunge and bought this TT. Owner said it was a '23 but engine and other features (I'm still in sponge mode on details) make it appear to be a '24. Any observations are welcome. It runs and drives but has been sitting for several years so a good service is in order first off. Then prep, paint and likely a express body for the rear...

While working on the speedster engine, I ran into a part I do not remember seeing before. I found some brass magneto magnet spools that were mixed in with the aluminum spools. I do not remember seeing any brass spools before, so I curious what years they were used. I found enough NOS aluminum spools to use as oil slingers on the speedster...

I'm getting around to restoring my 1926 Model T Coupe that I've owned for over 50 years. After cleaning up and painting the front wheels I mounted them one has a wobble of about 3/8 . Is there anyway to fix it without replacing it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm trying to find the height dimension from the top of the crank handle (where it goes into the motor in front) to the top of the radiator shell (not including the filler neck) for the 1915-16, 1917-23, and 1924-25 radiators.

Just recently Iv noticed a problem with my steering shaft. When I turn it, it clicks before catching the pitman arm. The pitman arm is tight and I see no moment when I turn the wheel back and forth before the shaft clicks like its got a sheared pin somewhere. Here is a short video of the sound.
