I looked at the weather channel a little while ago and saw a radar map of Minnesota. There appeared to be a bunch of tornadoes west of Minneapolis heading east. I think this is the area of the New London to New Brighton old car run. I don't like to see tornadoes any where, but I would like to know our friends in that area are ok.

Does they bottom bolt of the Y carrier use 2849D. If it does or does not, what should it look like?

There is an online auction in Medina Ohio with T parts. It is on Russ Farnsworth auctions on auction zip, if interested. Frames front ,rear axles, oval tank, good radiator , springs and other various parts.

I am looking for any information on the wiring for using a Nissan twin spark distributor on a Bosch front plate setup. I have one of the distributors, the gears to reverse the rotation, and the front plate set up. It’s about time to get the thing together. Does anyone have a wiring diagram? Just wondering if I missed something. I'm having one heck of a time getting to the classified sections of the forum. All that keeps coming up are past years posts, not current posts. Is it just me?

I have a modern style WOSP starter that is pouring out the oil from the case. There are no new ones that I found at any parts stores. According to their website there is a seal on the shaft that seals it from oil . Anyone have any experience with this? Is it just a o ring?

Does anyone know about this setup? I just won it on eBay. Not a lot of info in the listing.

TO set the third brush position on a generator, we usually connect the genny to as battery and 'motor' it. (edit) After lifting the third brush so it does not contact the armature, moving the third brush holder back and forth to set the position. Rotating one way motors the genny 'forwards' and rotating the other starts it motoring 'backwards'....

This is my first Model T (I've had quite a few A's) so I appreciate your patience in advance.

The car is fine in low gear but shudders when shifted into high for the first bit. It also feels completely gutless in high. The other day I was trying to take it up a small incline and even in low gear it was barely able to make it up the hill....

I have Float A Ford auxilliary shocks on my 1923 Toring with small drum axles and Ruckstell.
I would like to keep the shocks but install some form of auxilliary brakes. Rocky Mountains will not work.

Are the upper and lower tanks the same on a low and a high radiator? Can a high radiator be recored as a low radiator? Thanks, Art

My second engine Ive built for my 21 touring ( damn broken crankshafts) was rebuild by someone decades ago and shelved, So naturally I go through it to make sure its was built well. Well it wasn't, cylinder clearance too tight, bearings too tight but Ive sorted that. However the 0.080 Pistons seem to stand proud a good amount more above the block...

Whilst rebuilding my rear axle and driveshaft, I came across an error in the drawing I made of the 22-27 driveshaft. The parts 2596, 2591 and 2591B were in the wrong alignment.

Also added the Spool Cap Screws 2584B and the rear axle Pumpkin for reference.

I have 1926 model T roadster. Cannot get NH Carb to quit leaking gas from the throat.
New viton tip needle valve and seat and new float, all gaskets replaced. Adjusted float level to 15/64ths, works on the bench but as soon as it is installed it leaks a stream. Leaking stops when air screw is screwed all way in.
