I’m amazed at the number of Model Ts in the pictures Tom posts that have the Firestone style 5 lug demountable rims. Theres 3 just in this thread !! I know several will chime in and say they have a set but I’ve not seen any since I’ve been touring..

In picture 2. I didn't realize Kilroy was around that long ago! In picture 10. What was the purpose of going in reverse? Also no tires on the car.

I think that rig in picture # 10 is solely for the pulley on the transmission to the left. In a sense, it’s a 20 HP mobile stationary engine. I have a real stationary 5 HP Stover that weighs 1500 lbs. !! Try moving it around to different harvests

There are two engines on that no-tyre "vehicle". As indicated, it looks to be a mobile power plant, driveable to position it. Once in position, the engine on the back drives the flat belt pulley.

My guess is that that fellow made a decent living providing temporary power when and where needed. Lots of equipment had been made to run off stationary engines of many types, harvesters, corn huskers, saws, pumps, and the list goes on and on. During harvest season, many farmers might need stationary power in several places, and moving their one or two engines around was a pain! He had more than enough horsepower for almost anything a local farmer might need. He could be there quick enough by era standards (even with no tires!) and the farmer could be sawing wood using this while the old "one lung" was cranking the corn husker.

Where is the OBD2 port on this thing?
