Here is something;
This coming weekend, our Model T Ford Club of San Diego Chapter is hosting a three-day tour near Temecula, CA. It's a western themed gathering called the Last Round Up. It will include a drive to the Pacific coast, a creative scavenger hunt, and on the last day it will take in the Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum's annual Festival which our Ts have been invited to take part. To join this tour contact Ron at: (619) 475-6481.

The Mother Lode Model T Club had their annual Fall Colors Tour today to the gold rush era town of Dutch Flat, CA. We had lunch at the Dutch Flat Hotel which opened in 1852. The tour was about 60 miles long and the weather was perfect!

Busy day in Model T land. Our chapter too a tour through the vineyard region of Alexander Valley. After the harvest the grape leaves turn a variety of colors. We had lunch at the historic Jimtown Store. We finished by heading home along the Russian River. Overall about 60 miles and a delicious banh mi sandwich.

Re: What Has Your Chapter Done in 2025?
Four of us in the St. Louis chapter pooled our funds to buy a pan jig and a rear axle stand (thank you to Lang’s). It was time that they started earning their keep and since all of us have parts and projects stashed in our to-do lists, we have started club days to work on such projects. The first was to check several oil pans. It was surprising that although they were close, none of them fit without some work. A solid whack or two helped, but most required a bit more persuasion. After getting a bit medieval on them, we left with pans that fit the jig well. Although we are missing some key components for the jig, we got a good start, and we are having the missing pieces fabricated from some drawings (thank you again Steve Lang). Once those parts arrive we will finish fine tuning the pans so they can be painted and available for installation.
We had six participants and spent as much time “supervising” as we did working. It was a great day that was finished up at the local BBQ place.
