This looks like a fairly early Model T.

Based on the bills on the front fenders, no windshield, and no top I say late 1909
1910's had tops and windshields standard.
Although the top and windshield are easily removed.
Early 1909's had no bill, late 1909's had a front fender bill

Kinda blurry so hard to see details.

The people seem very happy with the car!

That 4 inch firewall riser suggests it is an early 1910 Model Year or Late 1909 Calendar Year.
