Thank you for posting. The driver is the late Elmer Bemis. It's a 1907 K Roadster #808, originally sold to the Storz brewing family in Omaha NE. The car met and piloted the German car from Omaha a ways west during the NY to Paris race in 1908. It now resides with the former Towe collection in CA.
