Gregory SD is not too far from where my 16 coupelet spent it's first 25 years, just over the border in Brocksburg NE. Makes me wonder if Mr. Fickweiler drove to Gregory on occasion.

Those are outstanding photos. The car in the first picture with the hood up is a Northern 2-cylinder car. Notice the hole in the radiator for the crank.
What a treat to see these.

I like the '15 roadster in the second photo with the proper top boot.

Nice pics Herb, even if there aint a model T in the first one!!
I love these places with all the crappy dirt roads, at least they're nice and wide.
Larry, that's either a '13/'14 next to it, looks to have the proper top boot also, seems like the "flap" at the rear end of it,
I had Mike at Classtique put that on mine per the specs. I can't tell if that Roadie has it too? Not real clear pic.

Bore and Stroke: 5.5" x 5.25"
Displacement: 249.4 cubic inches
Horsepower: 24

The car in the first photo on the far left looks to be a 1909 Model F Buick. I agree with Rich that the third car from left is a Northern.

I do love that runabout! The Northern is also an incredible car! I saw one like that more than twenty years ago on a HCCA one and two cylinder tour. It was a giant among all the other cars. Even the largest two cylinder REO was a small car parked next to it.

In the street scene photo I notice white lies that cross the street.
Are those concrete sidewalks?

So what is going on up the street that everyone seems to be looking at and or came to town for? Looks like smoke coming from something in the middle of the street. Thank you to all for posting these and all the other period pictures T or not. Gary B
