Just purchased a 1927 Speedster with an oil pressure system. I have a few Model Ts, but my first with this system.
When I open the upper petcock a quantity of oil pours out. I notice that the oil filter in my car is higher than the petcock.
Is there any difference in checking oil level than a T that does not have a pressurized system?

You can dissect a Model T; but you can’t kill it!
