KEVLAR BANDS??
Hi everyone. I'm told by the previous owner of my '23 touring that it has Kevlar bands installed. The only Kevlar bands I've seen are always yellow, but mine are gray or dirty white. What's up? Thanks!

Re: KEVLAR BANDS??
New Kevlar is yellow, but takes on dirty oil in use and goes grayish light tan-brown.

After 20 years of use, my Kevlar bands are a light brown color.
