1914 Runabout Tops

Post by Original Smith » Sun Feb 07, 2021 3:21 pm

I have never seen an unrestored 1914 runabout with the original top, however all of the restored ones I've seen don't appear to have the correct top. I only know of two 1913 runabouts that have the correct tops, and I own one of them. Attached are some photos of almost new 1914 runabouts. Note all three of these cars are different cars.

Car #2 looks the best. Edison took pictures of their cars when they were newly acquired or shortly after it appears.
