Not a lot of modern-day owners fully realize what the stock model T Ford is actually capable of. Many seem more concerned with correcting perceived "inadequacies" (real or imagined) through modifications than in beholding its considerable strengths. This sheepherder seems content to work with his two trusted partners.
I'm sorry there was no date, nor place given for the photo. (Somewhere west of Laramie ?

The horse must be thinking, I hope this rig makes it up that next hill, I don't want to be called on to make it a 21 horse power Ford.

So true Wayne ! That's how we hauled 'em, though I'm pretty sure the T wouldn't have gone even as fast pulling the trailer as that pony could lope ! A chronology of the development of the horse trailer could be an interesting study ! Floor of that little trailer is almost as high as the pickups with a stock rack we used to use. Ranch horses had to jump in.

Looks like a trailer queen show horse. All show and no go?

They do that with some vintage transportation these days, or so I have heard.
