Oh Dear! Looks like at the end of the 21st century a true aficionado of the Motor Vehicle will have a choice of vehicles with clutch, manual transmission, suicide clutch, side hand shiftier, non hydraulic brakes, wheels with drum brakes, key start, and more. And there will be classes available from community education on how to drive a non electric vehicle with out artificial assist. Don't forget the special permit to drive obsolescence.
No more meeting at a parking lot to get assistance to drive three peddles, two levers and one brake...

You will need a special permit from the Global Environmental Authority to even possess such a machine.
