22 Centerdoor Information needed

Post by Will_Vanderburg » Mon Jul 12, 2021 2:50 pm

If anyone is restoring one or has one that's easy access, I need a measurement

What I am looking for is the total length of the wood floor sill from the front of the cowl to the rear of the car. These sills run the length of the frame. I am going to have to remake the ones that came with my body. (they are not originals anyway).

Also need the approximate width at it's widest point, and how far out from the frame rail it sits in inches. Mine sat at 2 3/4 inches outside of the frame rails.

I thank you in advance.

Will,

So you're looking for the measurements of the sills, correct? I have a set I'm going to use as patterns. I'm working on digging them out. Give me a day or two, and I will send you measurements and photos. That is, unless someone else can help you sooner.
