Enlighten me on this vehicles tires.
I am not familiar with the tires on this air conditioned Paddy Wagon.
Great vehicle for sight seeing, and being seen in!

I’m reading a book about anti-gravity. I just can’t put it down.

Those are nonpneumatic solid rubber tires. The holes in them are to give some cushion. Ride hard but will never get a flat. First run of TT's had solid rubber rear tires. The tires in the picture are non-ford replacement tires. Solid rubber tires use a different rim than pneumatic tires.

Right, Jeff ! Having come in on the rim a time or two in my T (nearly 60 years ago) I'd question whether the solid rubber tires rode any harder than the stock high-pressure pneumatic tires. On the rim I expected it to be really rough, couldn't tell much difference!
