I found this tool, with Model T parts, I purchased last week.
The name on the side is very faint but it appears to be ( New Britain VL-200 ).
Any clue, what it is?

That's a valve spring compressor. It may be designed for a Ford flathead V8. It could probably be used for others.

Not intended for a T, nor needed for one. However, will work very well with a T (I would imagine?). I have one very similar to that, used it once on a modern V8 (can't now remember why I needed to compress an overhead valve on an assemble engine?). Used upside down and/or backwards it was tricky, but got the job done?
I have others I use on the Ts and they seem to be easy enough. My one like that just hangs on a wall in case somebody (me or anyone I know) needs it.
Mine is one of the many tools my dad had, and he wasn't sure what it was for.

Stanley Tool was based out of New Britian, CT. I'm not sure if this helps but my 2 cents!!!

The spring fork shown is made for small diameter springs typically found on older flathead engines. OHV engines require larger (overall) springs to control their larger valve train mass. The tool may have come with several sets of spring forks to accomodate Fords, Chevrolets, and Buicks. It will work with many OHV heads, and it remains a useful tool.

Yep thats a valve sring compesser. They make them in all sizes from Briggs & Straton to big truck. I prefer them to most made for model T's they give you more room to install the pin in the valve stem. You can add washers to the yoke if its to small for what you are working on (up to a point)
