1919-25 Turtle Deck Size

What is the difference in the length and width size of the platform the turtle deck mounts to on the 1919-early’23 vs late’23-1925 ?

I have an original ‘25 Pickup box that I am considering looking for an earlier roadster to convert over to a pickup.
Has anyone done this conversion before? Photos?

The body under the deck or pickup box is the same. The pickup box over hangs the body structure .
