Great profile about RV and his brother. Having dealt with RV for years he will truly be missed. My 1911 is one of the fortunate recipients of his research to accuracy and exceptional expertise. The Model T community has lost a true friend and supporter. R.I.P. RV.

Thanks for the article. I have been to Randall's shop many times, and it's just like the picture, only more so! He has bins full of exact reproduction bolts and nuts for Model T's too. Then the field coil rewinding and magnet charging. Who is going to be able to take over all of this. Brent Mize comes to mind?

Thanks for posting that Mike. It's great that it is available. I was so pleased to see RV participating on the Forum after seeing that article in 2008. He seemed to be a great guy doing the things I wish I could do. Later he furnished me with some things I couldn't find anywhere else. It's distressing to lose such in depth expertise yet fortunately we keep finding new folks learning these talents and incorporating modern methods.
I hope many others are inspired by his life as I am.
Rich
When did I do that?
