Appears to be the fabric side of the ANZO, they likely came in many cap styles, the Ford uses a more flat like cap, but these would go with the other ANZO parts you showed. Info on this older post. There is a tool that compressed the 2 part cap together.

What is the inside diameter of the female part? What is the outside diameter of the head?

Those are indeed Anzo fasteners. When I restored my 1925, I went to a lot of trouble to find those, which are correct for many years of T's. I even had a special setting tool made to use.

Bob,
Those are a little smaller than Anzo fasteners. I believe they were commonly called glove fasteners.
Are the heads about 5/8"?

Here are Anzo studs.
The woodscrew threaded stud was used in 1911-1912 (maybe earlier too?) top bows to attach side curtains. They used the heads that look like snaps.
The stud with the machine screw threads was used with the lift a dot fasteners.
