Appears to be a touring with an accessory "closed car" style top attachment.

Couple of old discussions mention that people were afraid of the plate glass windows breaking and razor sharp pieces. Perhaps someones idea to reduce the risk. Also pictures of Koulet Tops

Or perhaps make it worse. I believe I have vanadium flowing through my veins from all the scratches and scrapes.
