100th Anniversity of the 1922 Model T Coupe
In 2016, I asked forum members with 1922 Coupes to submit the motor block number and if available the body number found on the passenger side door sill. I had responses, unfortunately some were not able to provide a motor number that was for their car, but the majority did provide a Briggs Body Number. Not saying this is accurate with only seven body numbers, but it appears that the body numbers (B17 to B?(2)8 are sequential.
I would like to thank the following who submitted information beginning in 2016 – Seth, Doughty, Rodell, Kirtley, Kete, Vechorik, Boiser, and Loucks.

The intent of the project was to see if there was a correlation between Production Number (Block Number) and the Body Number. The body number based on the literature is Briggs body.SteveBoothroyd wrote: ↑Thu Mar 24, 2022 11:55 pmYes, my 1922 T touring is coming up to its 100th birthday in May!
