Century Plaques

Where or what organization may I apply/request to purchase/get a Century Plaque for 100 year old Model T's? These are engraved or acid etched metal plaques (generally oval in shape, approximately 2"x3") that indicate that the vehicle is in fact 100 or 100 plus years old. I'm told that pictures of the vehicle, its serial number and title verification have to be supplied.

I was presented a cloisonne car badge by the AACA on the 2018 Glidden Tour for completing the tour.

It would be a great idea if the the MFTCA would come up with a small plaque of some sort to commemorate the Model T Ford. Yes I know there is a MTFCA decal that’s available but a brass plaque would be nice. But I guess that wouldn’t be a good idea in some peoples mind thinking it might seem to be a competition of some kind.
Just thinking out loud I guess.

This June our 1922 Coupe will be 100 years old. Last year, in preparation I purchased a 100 year Car Club Badge from M.T.F.C.I.. Mounted direct to the radiator. Granted it was for the celebration for the 1908, still works for later Model T Fords.

This is important to some, but not to me. If you know simple arithmetic and the year of the car, you know the car is 100 years old! I personally dislike putting all kinds of badges and other nonsense on my cars. It is a waste of time and money!

"Badges? We don't need no stinking badges!" Just kidding, I couldn't resist the movie reference.

Actually, I installed a MTFCI Badge on my car - not on the radiator but pop-riveted to a tab that let me mount it as a license plate topper. I've had some nice comments about it.

I attached ours to the wooden dash above the speedometer head in the cabin - not crazy about attaching anything to the radiator !

I used a couple of these to mount my "Ford" to the radiator. I assume you could use them to mount the badge to the radiator. I slipped heat shrink over the threaded portion to reduce the chance of damaging the radiator tubes and backed up the metal washer with a rubber one for the same reason. <https://www.modeltford.com/item/3925MB.aspx>
