I am trying to understand the difference between these and 1923-1925. I found descriptions, but don’t know exactly what to look for.

1917 cars were still using oval top sockets.

Larry, You are correct 1917 was the transition year to rectangular top bows.
Rich, the last link you posted was what worked for me. I see that the attachments on 23-25 is much different. The back bow connects to the body the middle is halfway up the back bow and the front is connected on the middle of the middle bow or on the back when folded up.
Again thanks for your help! Now I know I don't need these.
