Dual Exhaust

Post by CatGuy » Tue May 03, 2022 5:52 pm

Before you think 'this guy is all over the map'......I'm only curious and won't be looking into this anytime soon. I was just looking through Lang's and I see they offer a dual exhaust manifold for the Model T. Has anyone here tried it? What does it sound like? I had duals on a '50 Chevy 6 and really thought it was pretty cool. (for a Chevy, right?)

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

TRDX2. Funny how the Speedster project is still alive. Thanks for the link to it.
CatGuy. The link shows the duel exhaust manifold Lang's sells, feeding a Taylor Loudspeaker muffler that I reproduced using an original as a pattern. There is nothing like the sound of a dual exhaust T. Into a large expansion chamber "dump" style muffler.
