Re: Spring perch for what?????
I don’t know for sure what car they are from. But on a 1926-27 T rear axel they look like they would lower or lift the rear almost one inch. So they may have been for a roadster pickup with a extra leaf spring. On a speedster to get a little lower used with one less leaf.

Re: Spring perch for what?????
If those are Ford perches there should be a T part number on them. You can barely see something on them but it’s not a clear shot where the supposed no. might be. I was thinking they were the earlier perches but not quite.

I have most all Ford parts books - not a Model T part.

Re: Spring perch for what?????
Could be replacement perches that went with an accessory shock system so the chassis stayed at Ford standard.

On the longer perch there is a G DUC and a number3034 If that will help. They look like the could be 26/27 replacements Tom

Re: Spring perch for what?????
This was my first thought also.
Purely speculation. I have not seen these in any of my accessory books.
The shorter version could be used to raise the back end up(26-7) to compensate for a weak spring, or heavy loads such as a calf, goats or a mother-in-law.
Reversing down would cause the spring to ride the axle tubes. So thats a no.
Could be part of a lowering system for a racer to hang the spring in front of the axle & tied to the radius rods.
Could be for one of any number of other period automobiles. If so, someone will recognize them.

Re: Spring perch for what?????
If the Model T Front spring is 1-1/2" wide & the rear 2" wide how could these be used on a Model T, accessory shock or not?
The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

Creig:
I would take $40.00 For the pair plus postage which will go into a small flat rate box at $ 9.85. These look to be New Old Stock. Tom

Looks like an old hot rod component made by "PSI". They made a lot of "ductal" iron suspension pieces.
