I would think so. I imagine you'd have to remove the brake band first, then slide the low band back and remove it, then slide the reverse down and do it last.

As Jerry eluded to, yes but you'll need to bring one band at a time back near the clutch spring & past the internal brake pedal boss in order to drop the attached ear down into the abyss whilst removing the detachable ear then remove the band.
