The Southern Peach T’s took another step forward and had a weekend tour. Kept it small and simple during our visits to Rome and Cartersville, Georgia.
We visited Berry College the first day, a location which has an extensive history between Martha Berry and Henry Ford. Also, we swung by Euharlee Covered Bridge.
Sharing some pictures of the tour, if you’re interested.

Re: Southern Peach T’s 2022 Fall Tour - Day 2
Day 2 we spent at the Savoy Automobile Museum. The collections always rotate; however, we were lucky as the current main display was brass-era cars. Even though there were brass cars with values up to $3 million… a 1913 Model T speedster was displayed and had the chapter’s interest. We also went into Cartersville by the old courthouse and the world’s oldest outdoor Coca-Cola advertisement.

Wow Darin, that looks like a great tour. Beautiful sights and cars. Good for you. Thanks for the pics.
Our club merely took a 61-ish mile country tour today with a brief lunch stop, gorgeous fall color this year all along the tour, and the usual ice cream stop after the first place was already closed even tho their phone msg. said they were open. It was okay, fantastic day for a drive.
