Stewart speedo shaft seized
Anyone out there know of a safe way to free up a seized input (drive) shaft on a Stewart model 102 speedometer??

No expert here Bruce, but I worked on a couple 102s for my 14 Touring. Have you removed the internals from the speedo case to see if anything is broken? The 102s I worked on had a pot metal frame with the input shaft and spiral gears that connect to another pot metal frame that contains the speedometer and odometer wheels and their gears. The two frames are screwed to each other and can be separated once they are out of the case. If the input gear frame is not broken maybe separate it from the other frame and soak it in solvent to see if things free up. I found many of the pot metal frames were cracked as I was finding parts for my speedometer.
