Re: "Gen V"
You have captured one of the most magical aspects of the Model T. Whether that was fun for the moment or something that stays with the child throughout his lifetime, it was a great thing to do. My children and grandchildren had many moments like that but yet to have caught bug full force. They like that I have them. Often, one that hasn't been around them catches it with enormous joy.
I still vividly remember sitting in a leather seat, working a wooden steering wheel as a child. It changed my life forever.
It's a pleasure to see those things.

When did I do that?

I was late to the hobby, but I’d love o see my grandson take it up. (The aviation bug would be nice as well…)

Re: "Gen V"
So here is "Gen III" (me), "Gen IV" (daughter) and "Gen V" (grandson) at roughly the same age - and we're all sitting in "Grandpa's car"!
Watch the video above if you haven't already - that's one happy "driver"!
